This Policy regulates the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the website www.scirelaw.es.

Personal Data:

Merely accessing the website owned by Scire Law, S.L.P. does not involve the transfer of any personal data that would identify the user of the web portal www.scirelaw.es (hereinafter, the “Portal”). Nevertheless, the completion of the forms included on the Portal or information requests by people who access the Portal (hereinafter, “Users”), may require certain personal data to be provided and, at all times, entails the express consent of the User for their personal data to be included in the automated file belonging to Scire Law, S.L.P.

Pursuant to what is provided for in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that any personal data you provide us with through the portal www.scirelaw.es shall be treated as confidential and shall form part of a file belonging to Scire Law, S.L.P, with registered address at Calle Muntaner nº 248, 2º 1ª, 08021 Barcelona, which has been duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).

The purpose of processing the Data is to manage and process the requests made by the User. The information to be provided in each form is of a voluntary nature, except where there is an asterisk (*). In this case, the information is required, such that Scire Law, S.L.P. cannot process any requests where not all required information has been provided.

Likewise, we hereby inform you that your personal data shall exclusively be used to send the information that the user has requested or taken an interest in and to send future communications of any kind that may be of interest to them.

User consent:

Using any form on the web portal www.scirelaw.es or sending an email enquiring about or requesting information shall entail the sender’s consent for the automated processing of the data included in the aforementioned means of communication. Scire Law, S.L.P. does not sell, rent out or make the personal data provided by the portal users available to any third parties.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided are true and is responsible for communicating any changes in this regard. In this way, the User is liable for any direct or indirect damages that could be caused to Scire Law, S.L.P. or third parties due to incorrect completion of the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.

Furthermore, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, governing information society services and e-commerce, Scire Law, S.L.P. can use storage and data recovery devices (“Cookies”) when the User provides their consent in accordance with what is stated in the pop-up window on the browser when the User visits the Portal for the first time and in the other terms and conditions indicated in this Policy relating to the Cookie policy.

Rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose (ARCO rights):

Scire Law informs you that you may use your rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose in accordance with the provisions of  Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, in any of the following ways:

• Postal address: By sending a letter to Scire Law, S.L.P. at the following address: Calle Muntaner nº 248, 2ª 1ª, 08021 Barcelona.

In both cases, the interested party must indicate their full name and surname and attach or enclose a copy of the document accrediting their identity.

Security:

Scire Law, S.L.P. informs Portal Users that it adopts and has adopted the necessary measures to prevent any alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access to the personal data, using all resources within their reach to prevent such action. However, given the fallibility of the security measures for IT systems, Scire Law, S.L.P. warns its Users that it cannot guarantee that there will not be any action contrary to law by third parties.
